This place is a charming and clean spot with very friendly staff.

The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were excellent. I appreciated the original-style building and my good-sized and exquisite room. The venue's location was wonderful and fantastic super close to st marc's plaza. Besides, it was just off St Mark's Square and the tourist attractions and the water taxi.

The hotel is modern with OUTSTANDING services and continental breakfasts. Great-sized bathroom in the good-sized and beautifully designed room. The bed is very comfy and the location is amazing and fantastic.

Delicious breakfast served on the terrace for a great start to the day. Perfect location right next to a beautiful square and within walking distance to popular attractions like San Marco Square and the Rialto Bridge.

Very difficult to find if you are not Venetian, would benefit greatly from a more prominant sign at the front. Beware when traveling in from the airport the hotel can be confused with some appartments of a similar name as we found to our cost and ended abour a fourty minute walk away from where we should have been.

Convenient location in the heart of the city, just a short stroll to Scala Contarini del Bovolo. the breakfasts are top-notch, offering delicious bacon and eggs with a great variety of rooftops to gaze out at. 🍳 Plus, you can enjoy a beautiful view from here too!

Everything was good, including amazingly nice staff and incredible location on the corner where the shop is. Very well furnished and spacious hotel units with a shared bathroom and 2 baths plus a comfy bed. Perfect check in and excellent service. Such great overall experience...

We had a wonderful time at this charming and luxurious place; the atmosphere was serene and peaceful.

The fact that we could do an early check-in (better than just leaving the luggage stored)... Additionally we couldn't pay as we checked out (2 early departure) but again they were very nice and situation got solved over the phone very well. Location is perfect!! I would recommend the hotel!

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, with a great selection of food and beautiful views of the city.

It was inconvenient having to share with other guests and the lack of privacy was a downside. Additionally, we found the presence of mosquitoes in our room and bathroom to be quite bothersome.

The location was excellent, affording the opportunity to visit San Marco at all times of the day and night. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast choices good. The roof terrace was a delight too.

The economy room was not cheap, although reasonable for the location, but extremely small, and it came with added mosquitoes and a most uncomfortable bed!

Location! We could explore Venice. When the kids wanted to stop back at the room, it was not difficult to stop by and cool down. The location was quiet at night. Nice roof deck for breakfast

Breakfast was nothing to write home about.
